Welcome to Pine Class!   

In Pine Class, we follow a semi-formal curriculum to give children a strong academic foundation while developing independence, life skills, and communication and interaction. Our teaching is adaptive, ensuring every child receives the support and challenges they need to thrive, at their pace. Students take part in Little Wandle phonics lessons or Spelling Shed lessons, reading, maths, and writing lessons, alongside TEACCH activities, Speech and Language activities, social communication and interaction games and opportunities for movement breaks. Through this combination of targeted learning, hands-on activities, and collaborative opportunities, we help children develop into confident, motivated, and well-rounded learners.

Important Information

• PE is every Friday.  

• Reading folders need to be in school every day

• SNACK - please provide fruit for your child. (We are a NUT free school)
